Perhaps
Ephydridae. It looks a bit like
Discomyza incurva, but the wings seems to be too long ...

It isn't Discomyza incurva, I don't think it is Ephydridae.
I think it is either Chloropidae or Agromyzidae, I'd vote for Chloropidae.

Could be Discocerinini (Ephydridae), but not enough detail to say much more! :(

crex, Nikita, Tony, thx for your help. I think not enough is visible on this image to put a firm family name on it. So I'll leave this as Presumed Ephydridae.
