And I'm not sure that it is Lispe, I can't find hairs on pteropleuras under hind stpl seta, may be becuase fly is too black or there aren't hairs.

Finishing with Turkish photo I found better image of this fly. May be some new idae will come to somebody's mind?

In Pattaya I found tomorrow very much resemble fly (attached). But pteropleuras dusred and hairs are clearly visible.
So, from now I'm almost sure that Turkish fly is Lispe too.

Hi Nikita -
I had a look at your Turkish specimens of this fly and agree they are definitely
Lispe, but not a species that appears in my literature - I will have to get a copy of Hennig's key to see he includes it. Interesting that the species is also present in Thailand.

I've got C.H. Curran article for African Muscidae. It seems that black Lispe collected from South Turkey, black Lispe collected from Senegal and part of black Lispe collected from Thailand is Lispe kowarzi with yellow apical segments of foretarsus. It is clearly visible on attached image from Turkey.
