Thread subject: Diptera.info :: White plump abdomen

Not sure what to make of this fly; Chloropidae, maybe?

Length 2.75 mm. On squash plant. Grass and grass clippings nearby. Not far from woodland. West Virginia USA. Photographed on 22 September 2006.

ID help appreciated.
