Could this be a Neomochtherus pallipes?

It is not pallipes because sternites (belly)are not black and except for the black knees there seems to be no black markings at all on femura. Genital seems to be reddish. With the keys i have i get nowhere at this moment

Neomochterus/Cerdistus group is all i dare to say..at this moment. Still think this one should be do-able:)
