I agree with you that it is Oligochaeta (a freshwater worm), rather than Chironomidae. There is what looks very like a chironomid head capsule at one end of the prey, but the rest of the body is the wrong texture and the wrong colour (in my experience! :))
I don't
know it is not a chironomid, but my first reaction was "oligochaete" and my first reactions are (usually) right - there's several years of studying chironomid larvae working subconsciously to produce that reaction!)
