I think it's a family Tetragnathidae, probably Metellina segmentata.

May be confused with M. mengei. Determine be could time occurrence.
M.mengei - summer
M.segmentata - autumn
Precise determination from picture is not possible.:(

Time isn't reliable too. M. mengei can occur in autumn, M. segmentata in summer, although in lower concentrations.

I agree with you. But it was think so that time is only a small help.
