Hi, this 3,5 mm long specimen came to light, on a wet meadow, E-Hungary. Can someone ID it?

Very probably: Stichopogon elegantulus. Wait for confirmation.

To be honest, i don't know, i have no experience with the genus but if similar to Lasiopogon i would think female.:|

I agree, it seems to be a male of
Stichopohon elegantulus, but please add a "cf.", because several species are undescribed yet. In your images the tomentum above the antennae is very dark - usually silver in
S. elegantulus.
