I think it is Dioctria rufipes but wait for confirmation from an expert. :)

It looks very much like one, but the light edges of the abdominal tergites are light coloured and that is bothersome... Let a true expert react! Edit: Compared to pictures of Dutch examples many have the same coloration of tergites. So probably......
