Hey Ulf,
Your first syrphid is a male Eristalinus (Eristalodes) sp.
Number 2 is a species of Ceria, maybe C. sackeni but the species name is not 100% ID.
Number three is a female Palpada sp.

Yes, you're welcome.
I have to make one remark. The genus Eristalinus is not native to the Americas, there are two species that have colonised the Americas: Eristalinus aeneus and Eristalinus (Eristalodes) taeniops.
With these striped eyes it should be Eristalinus (Eristalodes) taeniops, but in my experience the species is not this yellow! So, the question is are you sure the picture was made in Paraguay? If yes, it should be Eristalinus taeniops, although it looks a bit more like some Asian species!
Greetings
