Looking in UK Moths...Cosmopterigidae; Antiquerinae. Some kind of Pancalia sp seems the closest with white section on antennae.
Second option would be Momphidae; Mompha locupletella

Only a guess thought...know zip about moths. :|

Jp, that looks right. Tilia grandiflora, which is host for its larva is near by.
