Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Lacewing ID

Spotted this lacewing in the garden the other day on a buddlia. Body length around 13mm, single wing length around 14mm. Slightly deformed wings perhaps indicating fairly newly hatched. Seems to have either hatching debris or perhaps some third party eggs on the back of it's abdomen.
Taken South Coast UK.
Any ideas on ID and whether they are eggs on it's abdomen ?
Thanks

Just for info - ID'd as Nothochrysa capitata and the "eggs" are apparently a spermatophore left by the male to prevent further copulation.
