This <2mm "Thing" was loitering on a leaf in the garden yesterday. What is it?

Cheers Phil, well someone may be interested in my "tiny thing", but I can assure you there are no white flags with red crosses sticking out of
my car :P.
I've looked at some pics..

If it is as you say, what became of the antennae (?) or whatever sticking out below the eyes in my photo's?

Black is right, and there is nothing young about them: these are adult because the fully developed wings are visible in all pictures.
