Hello Forum,
this Asilidae spec. was only about 8-9mm. Found in Hagen; Germany, beech forest, 150msm, June 6th 2010. Am I right with D. linearis? Another one?
Best regards, Josef

Hi Josef,

D. linearis is correct. Thank you for the data, which I can use for my website on www.asilidae.de. Can you give me the location, where you took the picture, more precisely, e.g. geografical coordinates?

Greetings, Danny Wolff

Hello danny,
the geografical coordinates, as calculated by geoco.org are:

Gesuchter Ort - Haspe (Deutschland)
Äktuelle (Breite, Länge) -
(51.35995083200254, 7.4150097370147705)

I hope, its okay so,
Best regards, josef
