Looks like a Blondeliini, then I get lost.
Partly because the humeri are out of focus. Pity.
If I see a costal spine, Aporotachina angelicae could be a guess.
Long shot, though.

Noooo -
Phania are (generally) small and shiny, black with a silver, sloping face a very light dusting on the thorax. They also have a tendency to hold their wings wider out to the sides more than most tachinids. :)
Not sure what your tachinid is thought - it looks a bit too anonymous :D
