Hello,

This female Psilota (thanks to St�phane Lebrun) was ovipositing in the bark of a Pinus halepensis.
I read in this paper (tanks to the authers!) that Psilota anthracina was found near deciduous forests, and P. atra near pine forests.
Acording to Fauna Europaea, only P. anthracina occurs in France.
Is it possible to ID it with these pics?

Very few deciduous trees in the area, mainly pine forests...

There can be little doubt, if any, that this is the female of Ps. atra.

Please not that the key mentioned above is correct, however, that the names are interchanges in Van Veen.
