This very small (3-4 mm)fly is quite common right now in my garden. Any Idea ?

Heron (B4217) 9/8/06

Thanks
Philippe

Look for Physiphora (alcaea or demantata) in the forum and gallery.

Many thanks, Paul. It was quite abundant in my garden (Heron, B 4217), with an indication of some competition or fights between individuals (males??)

Cheers
