Thread subject: Diptera.info :: cocoon ?

Length of whole thing 15 mm, lenght of single 'egg' 3 mm.

On the other side it is seen that 'eggs' are loaded nicely simetricaly like pile of fire wood, except the top ones.

It looks like cocoons of a gregarious Braconidae.
Weren't they close to a dead caterpillar?

This is on bottom side of Cerasus vulgaris branch, so if it was something there it fell off, I presume, will check.

Just looked at it today, nothing moved jet.

Will put some of eggs separately to see what will emerge....
