Looks like Philodromus margaritatus, but I'm not sure.

Thank you for this reply, I checked on Fauna Europaea and I see that are 17 species of Philodromus in Romania.....now I think that may be other species that look like this in Romania...

In northwestern Europe, P. margaritatus can be recognised out of 17 species in the field by the black stripes at each side of the abdomen (not always present!), the rows of oblique white bristly hairs at the abdomen and the Xysticus-like shape of the abdomen. There are two variants, this should be the grey one (the most boring one:)) But I don't know if there are similar spiders in Romania. This spider is used to live at the bark of trees, covered with lichens. Sometimes also on the leaves.

I checked on google to see other Philodromus sp. from Romania, and I think this is P. margaritatus :)
