Today I saw this beautifull coloured fly with white tips on its wings. Has anyone an ID :)

another picture. The fly was drinking from a raindrop and afterwards cleaning his wings.

Poecilobothrus nobilitatus (Dolichopodidae).

Very easy to identify, very common in central Europe, very much missing from Finland :(
