Looks like a proctotrupoid wasp - either Proctotrupidae or Diapriidae perhaps :)

Thanks! Diapriidae seems right when I read about the family (antenna/head-shape).

Anommatium ashmeadi Mayr, 1904 male, (Diapriidae, Belytinae), very common in Europa.
