Hi, this looks like some sci-fi creature :) Doli??? Some 25 mms. Under fallen leaves and rotten wood. In forest, today.

Now I don't think it is a doli. Actually, it was under a piece of rotten wood. Still alive. Here's a view of whole body.

I found it! Rhagio sp ! (?)
