Orgyia sp. (Lymantriidae) is my guess.

In central Europe it should be Orgya antiqua without doubt.

Is that right ? I see only 2 'pens' on its back. There should be 4. Or is there variation in this like in colour ?

The colouration is very variable:

I think I see two dark brown brushes here and two fusing white ones. The relatives O. antiquoides and O. recens have no real brushes, only some kind of hairy pads.
