Think I found an image of it. They call it "Driehoeksvlieg". But I can't find out what that is in scientific language.

Not my field (anymore) but it is a species of the Chrysogaster genera complex of the Syrphidae.

such red eyes are typical for the males of Chrysogaster soltitialis.

Yes, I agree - Chrysogaster solstitialis - I have seen many on umbellifer flowers this week.
