Picea. Size at least 15 mm w/o ovipositor.

Ohh, very nice - with a gaster / ovipositor shaped like that it looks pimpline to me :)

Not Pimplinae for me, I think of the Echthrus kind which travelled between Cryptinae and Pimplinae formerly! The former tibia is widened.
Perhaps Echthrus reluctator?
