Yesterday I found this orange fly (12 mm) in my garden in Brussels.
It looks a bit like Neottiophilum praeustum (which is in the Diptera gallery is in the Phiolidae and also in the Neottiophilidae-family... > see also a prevouis thread: http://www.diptera.info/forum/viewthread.php?thread_id=16340)
