This was photographed 18th March 2009 200 metres ASL Kerkini Mts, Wetland Kerkini; N. Greece. I know it is not a good photo, but it is the only one I have, so I am hoping date and place might help.

Seems to be a species of the genus
Dysmachus - please collect all specimens in Greece, because a revision is needed.
