Moscow region, 10 june, small (2mm), on the wall.
Phyllomyza, Milichiidae?
Phyllomyza securicornis? - 4dc, 3-d flagel black with long hair

Phyllomyza seems okay. With the rather unclear status of some species and relatively little work that has been done on the genus I would be very hesitatnt to put a species name on, though.

Thank you Paul. When I've met this fly I was shocked by antenae size!
