Hi, an interesting situation, a small fly sitting on Ischnura pumilio female. Milichiidae? Sphaeroceridae? Unfortunately, the small fly is not sharp enough... E-Hungary, April, by lake.

Too glossy. Ephydridae or Chloropidae, I think.

I would guess Oscinella (Chloropidae)
