It is not Tachinidae.
Cynomyia mortuorum, Calliphoridae.

Hi Nikita
It is a Calliphoridae alright.
The genus looks to me more like Bellardia.
The given size is also more consistent with Bellardia.
The squama are quite dark as well, again as in Bellardia
I'm afraid the flash has fooled you a little: you can see some
pruinescense on the abdomen, still.

One more surprise from Diptera.
I'll continue to learn.
Thanks Theo, Nikita

Have a look at the recent post of Cynomyia by Crex.
This species is much more elongated.

Right 5 min after reading your thread I've collected fly from my window in Moscow. It was Bellardia!!! In the hand it is easy to distinguish from Cynomyia. Much smaler. So your message was just in time!

If I can say something, (not a specialist for diptera) - comparing this photo with Crex Cynomyia than I believe that Theo is right. It is more Bellardia than Cynomyia
Next time Ir17;ll send more suitable pictures (not so elongated)B)
Thank you Nikita & Theo
