This does not look like E tenax. The black stripe on the face is too narrow. Also, it appears to have pale coloured front tarsi, so it might be E pertinax or another species.

or E. jugorum? (not sure!)

Fore and middle tarsi are very pale, so female E. pertinax it is. B)
