What genus is this and is species possible to tell?

Hi Kurt,

this is somewhat difficult to say. Your picture is not quite sharp, so some details are not good to see. It may be a male Rhadiurgus variabilis (if the dark spot beneath the antennae is shining) or a Tolmerus (if the spot isn't shining, but only wet by a drew drop or something else or only caused by shade).
