Looking better it looks like Tachina to me!
Is it realy?

Size: 6-7 mm
place: Amsterdam Woodforest
wheater: rain, temperature under 18 degrees.
sitting on: stinging nettle

Hello,
I think it's perhaps a Miltogramminae,
Metopia sp, m?le.

Bob is quite right.
It is a male Metopia.
The most likely speices is M. argyrocephala (it might just be tshernovae, which is rare indeed).

Thank you, Louis, Bob and Theo for your reaction.
This fly is new for me, and so is it's family.
I can say that this is a nice introduction to the Metopia sp. for me! :)
