Wellcome in "Club of Cluisiidae photografers" (there was 2 other members - Ben Hamers and me).
Clusiodes pictipes or Clusiodes apicalis.

Dear Clusidae enthusiasts - nice to see these photographs of this interesting group of saproxylic Diptera - I have often bred C. apicalis from decaying birch logs - the larvae and puparia are deep in the soft wood - but so far have not come across C. pictipes
