Could it be a Tolmerus specie perhaps?
I found it on the 26th of September on the countryside in a woodland area, Ooidonk, Belgium. Here it is with its prey;

Hi,

yes, this is a Tolmerus species, most probably T. atricapillus, because some other rare Tolmerus species, which would be possible, have not yet been found in Belgium.
