It's an Amaurobius species. Three in Britain - A. ferox (it's not this, a very dark, large species) and A. similis and A. fenestralis (only separable by genitalia). The first of these two usually occurs on buildings, the second in more natural situations (under bark, stones etc.), though this is not really a basis for id. Does a greenhouse count as halfway between these?

Hi Smoggycb
The only Amaurobidae I have on my Checklist is A.fenestralis so I think I'll go with that. Thanks for the ID.
