Hello Willy,

What about Trichoceridae, winter midge?

First, I am not familiar with the Palaearctic Tipulidae fauna but would like to make a suggestion on this one. This one looks maybe a species of genus Pseudolimnophila of the tribe Limnophilini. Trichoceridae has a very short 2nd A and usually it suddenly curved into the anal margin of wing. Also Trichoceridae tend to have longer antennae.:|
