I took these pictures today in my garden. I assume it is a Tachinid. Can it be further identified from these pictures?

on another picture I took of this fly I later noticed some eggs(??) just behind the scutellum. Could these be the eggs of a parasite?

Looks like the same on the tibia in the second photo too - I'd suggest pollen, rather than eggs.
