Hello,

Paris, 11/IX/2008, 4-5mm
At first sight, I thought it was yet another Sepsidae. More, it didn't waved the wings like Sepsids, but moved them another way, just putting them upright from time to time.
The black wings with the clear apex seem to be a good criterion.
The setae on the abdomen would put it in the Tachinidae.

Well, to say it shortly: I'm lost.
