I think this one could be Mintho rufiventris.
Aprox. 10 mm. Shot on Eryngium campestre. Mountain dry grassland.
Sierra de Cazorla, S Spain. Aprox. 1300 masl.

I would say Mintho rufiventris, but I have been proven wrong with specimens from southern Europe ;)

If the stalk to the bend in vein M is that long, it is Mintho.
