Hmm, the broad, hairy/bristly parafacial area suggests goniini but I have never seen anything like this. The diverging, erect apical scutellars should be a good clue though :)

These scutellars are typical for all Gonia and allies ss.
The head profile indicates Spallanzania.
Difficult genus.

I should have guessed - if it looks like a
Sarcophaga x
Gonia then it's
Spallanzania :D
