I hope that somebody knows what the name is from this fly.
Very little, about 4 mm. I make this fly on a flower in my garden.

It is Anthomyiidae.
May be Delia (look at blunt curved spur at t1 which arises from the posterior or posteroventral apical margin, and which is curved forwards in line with the first tarsal segment).
But it is up to Michael Ackland...

Well, on second photo we can see full row of
pv setae on t3.
It is one more vote for Delia platura, male.
