Date: 2008-AUG-23
Size: ~4,5 mm
I only got a couple of shots of this rather small fly that came to an outdoor lamp at night. I first thought of Sciomyzidae, but looking at it closer I'm wondering about Opomyzidae or Heleomyzidae ...

Pherbellia genus in Artportalen and I'm finding 22 species ...

Is it safe to report this as
Pherbellia cinerella or should I keep the question mark?

As Stephane, I also think it is Ph.cinerella.
Still there are some doubts - forelegs too glossy black (have to be brown-blackish). I suspect that it is due to overcontrasting image - the result of white wall as background.
