Hello!
These photos show a
Scatophaga (?) in North West Germany behind the house in the garden on the edge of a forest. It sat on an ox-eye daisy (
Leucanthemum vulgare) and did not let disturb. On other plants was it not sitting. It was approx. 9-10 mm long.
Can you identify this fly?

You again? Not enough of your bad reputation for posting other people's pictures on http://entomologie.de and other forums (there meanwhile many experts refuse to answer you)?

If we can't get to an identification there, me or other readers have often given the tip to post the photos here on diptera.info. I think it's not your job to do that - at least not without mentioning the original source and the photographer of the pics! On entomologie.de you pretend to be insightful (also for not using your full real name etc.), but I see that you have learned nothing... :-(
