Hello!
I just found this 5 mm fly in the shade at our house (northwest Germany). I think, this must be a Clusiidae. Perhaps
Clusiodes ruficollis?

Clusioides cf. ruficollis, according to my collection, but I am not an expert.

It is difficult to judge about presence or absence of bristles. For example are pre-sutural dorsocentrals present or not? If no pre-sutural dosocentrals are present then I think
C. ruficollis is correct.
