I know Sarcophagids are very difficult to identify, but maybe this one has some distinctive features... Maybe a Sarcophaga sp.? I have other views, if necessary. Found in Porto Covo, Portugal.

Thanks,

I think this is a male Sarcophaga sp in its broad sence, but not Sarcophaga (Sarcophaga) sp. The white whiskers are quite unique, I do not see them in common Sarcophagids of Hungary. Catch the animal and make a photo of the genitalia.
