Common in my garden now. Rather small, velvet black with wings sometimes glimmering in rainbow colours (interference).

It is Phasia barbifrons actually, you can see the doubled rows of hairs on the parafrontalia.
Moreover, barbifrons is nowadays very common here in The Netherlands, wereas pusilla is restricted in occurence.
Second generation barbifrons, top now, it most common.
