Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Very tiny Tachydromia (Hybotidae)

Hello!

Even for a Hybotid and genus Tachydromia this fly from today at our house (northwest Germany) was very small, 1.5-2 mm. Could it be T. arrogans?

Could be but that would be impossible to say from a picture.

Thanks! I had a little hope, because the pattern 100%ly matched the T. arrogans in the gallery, but less so umbrarum. But those are also only posted there with a 'cf.'...

T. aemula differs on slight details only and the details are not visible in the picture.
