Looks very special. Found yesterday (4 aug) in my garden, but I have seen it before this summer, not so unkommon.

40 km NW Stockholm, Sweden.

Coremacera, Sciomyzidae. It may be C.halensis with such a bicolor legs, but I never have this species, so I'm not sure.
