Cacoxenus but do you have one with the antenna more in focus?

arista seems to be plumose and not micropubescent... if so, it is not Cacoxenus. But not sure.

For the moment I get to
Microdrosophila. I was not happy with
Cacoxenus and that I why I asked for the detail of the antenna. I will check further tomorrow.

By chance I met this very old thread. I am convinced it is Chymomyza caudatula, among others due to its bicolorous fore tarsi.
