Hi, today I was watching a long time these flies sitting on the rocks near the sea. They were not flying much but walking around and jumping from spot to spot. I jus wonder what they were doing ? I could not find any from the vegetation, just from the rocks. And the wet places were the favorites. Here are two specimens, face of the upper one and picture of the rocks near the sea. Loviisa, Southern Finland today.

Thank You so much. This Lispe is new for me and I wonder if this is typical location for them ?
